Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All shipping charges are calculated on our website, items will be shipped 1st class recorded delivery via royal mail.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Items that arrive in a damaged condition will be replaced by an identical item (or a full refund credited if it is out of stock). Goods must be returned within 7 days to qualify for this policy.
UNWANTED ITEMS
You are entitled to return unwanted products ordered via our web site for a refund subject to the following conditions.
You must inform us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. All goods for return should be in the same condition that they were in when supplied.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods and ensuring that they are adequately packaged and insured for the return journey. If the goods are damaged or lost in return transit it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the insurers. We may deduct the shipping charges from your refund. Please note: this is not available for CDs.
